At ApnaPharmacist.com, we value our students and want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products and Courses

  • All our courses and learning materials are delivered in digital format (PDFs, videos, guides, etc.).

  • Once the course is purchased and access is granted, it cannot be returned as the digital content is non-reversible.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be considered only if:

    • You were charged multiple times due to a technical/payment gateway error.

    • You did not receive access to the purchased course within 48 hours of successful payment.

  • Refunds will not be provided if:

    • You change your mind after purchase.

    • You claim that the course did not meet your expectations (since full course details are clearly mentioned before purchase).

    • You have already accessed/downloaded the course materials.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at apnapharmacist8@gmail.com with your order details (transaction ID, payment receipt, etc.).

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • Since our courses are delivered instantly in digital format, order cancellations are not possible after a successful purchase.
